July 2020 Giveaway: The Bears and the Bees

With all the extra time everybody is having around the house these days - and all the extra family time that comes with it - I’m enjoying the idea of using our monthly giveaway as a way to get good family games into the hands of others. I love seeing pictures or hearing stories about parents and their kids playing the games we’ve given away or recommended.
So this month we’re going to share a copy of Grandpa Beck’s The Bears and the Bees. And, no, it has nothing to do with the story of how babies are made. Not only does it have a nice outdoorsy theme that fits well for summer, it’s also a very enjoyable strategy game that we’ve enjoyed with our 7-year-old son for a long time. I’ve always been a big fan of games that require both strategy and visual perception so it’s always been a winner around here.
