The 2022 Dad Suggests Picture Book Bracket
It’s happening! It’s the 2nd Annual Dad Suggests Picture Book Bracket. It’s officially back, and it’s better than ever!
This year the bracket has doubled in size - to a very competitive field of 32 brilliant picture books. And this time the books are organized into 4 distinct regions based on their year of publication - 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018.
Each region has 8 books, and they just so happen to be the top 8 books from the Dad Suggests Picture Book Awards of that year. And their respective rankings from those lists are also their seeds in their region for this tournament. For reference, make sure to check out the awards from each year:

And, best of all, this year there will actually be an official winning bracket! This year, you can turn in your bracket and actually win 4 of these books with a winning bracket! So make sure to keep reading for details on how to enter!
How to Enter the Dad Suggests Picture Book Bracket
Scroll down to the image of the 2022 Dad Suggests Picture Book Bracket and click on the image to save it, print it out, and fill out your picks. After you have your picks in hand, head to the following link to access the Google form for the competition: https://forms.gle/qZsnXoxtYZAg75h16
Complete the form by choosing the winner of each match-up. The game numbers for each match-up are in parentheses on the bracket. (Note: it’s much easier to fill out your picks if you have a completed bracket filled out in front of you.)
Each round grows in value by one point, beginning with 1 point per correct pick in round 1 match-ups and ending with 5 points for choosing the correct overall champion. Winners are chosen by vote in our Instagram stories. So make sure to pay attention to our Instagram stories beginning on March 17th, and vote for your picks! (You can also refer to the full schedule below.)
Keep in mind that the winner must have a US address to ship the books to, and that only 1 entry per person is allowed. You can also refer to the google form and our contest rules for more details.
